Only vendors and helpers are permitted in exhibit space during setup.
Location is to be used for showing and selling related items.
Management reserves the right to remove any item or person it deems objectionable.
All sales must include a receipt for the customer including the name of the seller and the date.
Tables must be draped to the floor with tablecloths provided by you (vendor). Bed sheets are not acceptable. Linens will help to define your sales space.
Only the tabletops may be used for displaying items. If you are not using tables, then racks may be placed on the floor. If you are using tables, then ALL racks must be placed on top of the tables to allow for traffic flow. Each table/location is 8 feet wide by 30 inches deep.
Please keep all items, such as boxes, bags, wrapping materials, etc. out of sight under tables or behind.
Extra tables are not permitted.
Display stands are permitted on tables as long as they do not interfere with neighbor displays.
Floor stands are permitted in paid spaces where you do not have a table as long as displays do not interfere with neighbor displays.
Chairs are to be used only for seating….not for displaying merchandise. You are welcome to remove a chair, if needed.
Exhibitor location must be left clean at the end of the show.
All merchandise on exhibit must be legibly priced.
Exhibitor must have a valid NC sales tax number and is responsible for collecting and paying all taxes.
Each vendor is responsible for his/her own cash and change.
Festival of Trees and facility management assume no liability for loss attributed to theft, fire, damage, accident or other cause from the time of arrival to time of departure of the exhibitor.
No refunds will be made, even if this show is canceled because of an act of God or other cause beyond the control of Festival of Trees. Your donation provides much needed therapies for children who have special developmental needs.
